Content Creator Regulations
UGC Creator Program Regulations – 1st
1. General
1.1. These regulations govern the terms of participation in the 1st brand's content creator program (hereinafter: "the Company").
1.2. Joining the program constitutes full agreement to all terms of these regulations.
1.3. The Company may update these regulations from time to time.
1.4. The Company does not guarantee a number of sales, minimum income, or advertising budget beyond what is stated in these regulations.
2. Stage 1 – Plug-in Program
2.1 Eligibility for Opening Bonus (300 ₪)
The creator will be eligible for a one-time opening bonus of 300 ₪ only after all the following conditions have been met:
a. Opening a full account in the Company's system
b. Ordering products through the system
c. Uploading a first video approved by the Company
Only after completing all three stages will the bonus be paid.
2.2 Stage 1 Commissions
• The creator is entitled to a 10% commission on every purchase made through the Company's sponsored page.
• Commissions are calculated solely based on the Company's system data.
2.3 Uploading Video for Promotion
• The Company will upload the video to sponsored ads within up to 72 hours of approval.
• Each video will receive a minimum advertising budget of 250 ₪.
• The Company may increase the budget according to performance.
3. Stage 2 – Advanced Program (after 10 purchases)
3.1 After the creator reaches 10 approved purchases through the personal link/code – an invitation will be sent to them to advance to Stage 2, subject to Company approval.
3.2 Stage 2 Conditions:
• 15% commission on every purchase
• 200 ₪ fixed payment per video
• Option to commit to a monthly number of videos and receive a higher base – subject to a separate written agreement
4. Video Submission and Content Approval
4.1 Every video requires script approval in advance.
4.2 The creator must adhere to the full criteria document that will be sent upon joining.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to reject any content that does not meet the conditions.
4.4 If the video complies with the approved script:
• The Company may request one round of revisions free of charge.
• Any additional round of revisions will incur an additional charge.
5. Legal and Content Responsibility
5.1 The Company assumes legal responsibility for the content (including third-party claims), provided that the creator has fully complied with the script and instructions provided to them.
5.2 If the creator deviates from the script or the Company's instructions – the Company will not be held responsible.
6. Content Usage Rights
6.1 The Company may use the content for sponsored ads only, for a period of up to 12 months from the date of its upload.
6.2 Use of the content on the Company's social networks, website, or any other organic asset – requires prior written approval from the creator.
6.3 After approval is granted, the Company may upload the content as received from the creator (without editing) for a period of up to 24 months.
7. Payments
7.1 Commission payments will be made once a week.
7.2 No commission will be paid for canceled or returned orders.
7.3 The Company may set off payments in case of a breach of these regulations.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Participation does not create an employer-employee relationship.
8.2 The governing law is Israeli law.
8.3 Any change to the terms of Stage 2 will be made in a separate written agreement.
9. Cessation of Activity and Program Termination
9.1 The Company may cease the program's activity, fully or partially, at any time and at its sole discretion, without the need to provide a reason.
9.2 In the event of the program's activity cessation, the Company will pay the creator all commissions and bonuses that have accrued and been duly approved up to the date of cessation.
9.3 Payment of the amounts due to the creator will be made within up to 7 business days from the date of activity termination.
9.4 Cessation of activity will not entitle the creator to any additional compensation, claim, or demand beyond the amounts approved and actually accrued up to the date of cessation.
